Full-time students are obliged to submit a valid student ID upon registration.

Your registration will be confirmed once the conference fee payment has been received.

Active participation rules

If you are planning to take an active part in the conference, you may hold a presentation, workshop or poster. You can also submit your paper to the conference anthology. For more information on the forms of presentation, see below. 

1 Presentation

Time limit: 20 minutes including discussion.

If a presenter from the same block is absent, the session may be extended accordingly.

Presentation is intended for a large audience of up to 150 people.

Presenting participants will be free to use standard technical equipment (notebook, data projector, wireless presenter and pointer).

If you should need other technical equipment, please specify this in your paper registration.

2 Workshop

Time limit: 1.5 hrs.

A workshop is an interactive presentation for a small group of maximum 30 participants (please specify the required number of participants in your registration form).

A workshop should promote interaction between the presenter and the participants.

Technical equipment specified in the registration form will be available for the workshops.

3 Research poster

Size limit – 90 x 120 cm

A poster made of multiple A4 pages cannot be accepted as a poster.

Poster sessions will be listed in the programme.

Vertical placement – 90 horizontal and 120 vertical.

The researchers are obliged to accompany their posters for the duration of the poster session.

Poster recommendation:

1. Name and place of the conference where the poster is presented

2. Title – short (maximum eight words)

3. Authors

4. Research centre/university of the research project

5. Introduction, design – research objective usually summarized in a few brief sentences;

6. Theoretical background of research – review of key poster themes;

7. Description of the population and sample;

8. Methodology – key or new methods of data collection;

9. Results;

10. Conclusion – typically 1 to 3 clear sentences;

11. Discussion – possible limits and benefits of the research;

12. References – 3 to 5 main sources.
